By accessing and using CallKaro AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CallKaro AI provides AI-powered call handling and communication services, including but not limited to:

  • 24/7 AI receptionist services
  • Call routing and management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • CRM integration
  • Call transcription services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service

4. Payment Terms

All fees are payable in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CallKaro AI are owned by RKSMS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CallKaro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data may be deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
